Kris Humphries Is Kim Kardashians baby’s father…At least in Cali

Kanye was beaming from ear to ear when he announced on Sunday that he and reality star girlfriend Kim Kardashian were expecting their first child together. But it looks as if Kanye will have to do a little more to prove it. You see in California, the state’s Family Code states that Kardashian’s estranged husband, Kris Humphries, is presumed to be the father of her baby because the two are still legally married. Unless their divorce is hurried along, things could get ugly. A man is presumed to be the natural father of a child if he is or has been married to the mother, and if the baby is born during the marriage or within 300 days after death, annulment, declaration of invalidity, divorce or after a judgment of separation is entered by the court. Now if Kris Humphries wants to make life a living hell for Kim and Kanye, he could declare that he is indeed the father of Kim’s baby and start a circus of drama for the two. Kris doesn’t strike me as that type of man. What do you think? This whole situation is just messy if you ask me. I know you cannot worry about how others perceive you but Kim just looks a tad classless in this situation. Damn Kimmy, you couldn’t wait until the ink was dry on the divorce papers before you decided to get knocked up?

  1. That is common knowledge and the law in many states. Kanye and Kim dumb asses deserve each other. Dying to have a baby to keep up with everybody else and stay relevant.

  2. It’s not good for Kris either because paternity comes with child support. He best get it together soon.
