Of course not, but this scary, creeper like fella was the “secret spy” hired to record Knicks star Carmelo Anthony’s on court dialogue with other players. After Melo’s on and off court spat with fellow baller Kevin Garnett garnered so much attention, Knicks owner James Dolan ordered 2 technicians to hold high-tech, sensitive microphones at opposite ends of the court to record all conversations by Anthony and the players around him! How stalkerish!
When Anthony was questioned about his boss’s high-tech stalker devices, he responded:
“I don’t care about the microphones. I wasn’t aware of it. I found out on the plane.” He then went on to say, “I don’t think mics are going to stop what goes on out on the court. But it was funny when I heard it. No, I wasn’t upset at all.”
What exactly did Dolan plan to accomplish with his spy tactics? This is hilarious!
Anthony and his teammates are in London to face the Detroit Pistons at O2 Arena on Thursday.
