One thing is for sure, our president sure does have a sense of humor! President Barack Obama gave his address at the Washington Hilton for the annual White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner on Saturday night. For those of you who watched, there was no shortage of digs, jabs, and jokes poked at the President as well as other politicians and journalists.
Barack Obama walked out with DJ Khaled’s “All I Do Is Win” as his introduction song. Coming to the podium, he joked, “How do you like my new entrance music?” He then referenced the extreme right wing talk show host Rush Limbaugh (who’s also been critical of Beyoncé lately) saying, “Rush Limbaugh warned you about this — second term baby!” However, most notably, Prez joked about all the heat he took for Beyoncé and Jay Z’s recent trip to Cuba.
“This whole controversy with Jay-Z going to Cuba; it’s unbelievable,” said Obama. “I’ve got 99 problems, and now Jay-Z’s one!”
Watch the video below for a few laughs. He jokes about Jay Z at the 4:15 mark.
